With almost 200 member companies in the U.S. and Canada The Senior's Choice is the leading membership organization of independent senior care companies.

In recent years we expanded our scope of  services to include healthcare staffing with the establishment of StaffChoice, a division of TSC run by a team of world class recruiters specializing in the placement of nurses and case managers. This added component of our business gives our franchisees an important competitive advantage in that we now offer much more than the typical non-medical senior care company to our Client Referral Partners.  Meeting this critical demand for  nurses and case managers in the healthcare sector keeps us “top of mind” with home health care companies, rehab centers, assisted living facilities and hospitals among others and positions us first in line for their patient and resident referrals. Our franchisees are the direct beneficiaries of our expanded services not only in terms of increased client referrals but also participating in an added profit center (shared placement fees) and an on-going ready source of both skilled and non-skilled staff.
